AMERICAN BANK & TRUST
ANNOUNCES NEW IN-STORE BANKING VENTURE

American Bank and Trust is pleased to announce the April 28th, 2005 opening of an in-store branch facility at the new Jewel-Osco Food Store located at 107 Avenue of the Cities in East Moline, IL. This will be the Bank’s second in-store branch facility adding to its growing retail distribution network in Iowa and Illinois.
Harry Coin, Bank Chairman-President-CEO, stated, “Convenience has always been a primary reason customers select for choosing their financial institution, and offering an in-store branch is another way both the financial institution and the retail store can provide convenient 7 day a week ‘one-stop’ shopping service.”
The new in-store branch will be full service with an ATM and night depository. Toni Gasper, Vice President of In-Store Banking, commented, “We’re excited about our partnership with Jewel-Osco and the opportunity to expand our branch network into the East Moline market. The new branch will be a benefit to our existing customers and a great opportunity for prospective customers. Finding solutions for customers to make their banking and lives easier is what we strive to provide, and what you’ll find at American Bank & Trust everyday.”
American Bank & Trust’s Jewel-Osco in-store branch will offer customers all of the traditional banking services, including: commercial and personal banking, plus an added benefit of extended service hours: Monday – Friday 10 AM – 7 PM; Saturday 9 AM – 4 PM; and Sunday 10 AM – 2 PM.
The in-store branch will open on April 28, 2005. Watch for details about a future grand opening celebration and promotional activities.
